Step 2: Material Selection
Our premium Toray T700 carbon fiber surface provides superior strength and friction compared to standard fiberglass or lower-grade carbon fibers. The thermoforming process ensures maximum durability and performance consistency.
Step 3: Core Construction
The PP polypropylene honeycomb core with EVA and TFP foam is precision-engineered for optimal energy transfer. Larger honeycomb apertures increase the sweet spot while maintaining structural integrity.
Step 4: Thermoforming Process
Our 360° thermoforming at 130°C creates a seamless bond between carbon fiber surface and core, enhancing durability and expanding the sweet zone. The process includes precision polishing for smooth edges.
Step 5: Custom Graphics
Choose from UV printing (preserves surface friction), laser engraving, or textured particle paint applications to create your unique design while maintaining performance characteristics.
