Step 3: Pre-Type Construction
Our thermoforming process involves 360° foam injection into carbon fiber for enhanced sealing, rebound strength, and expanded sweet zone. The result is a sturdier handle construction.
Step 4: Thermoforming Process
Honeycomb core and carbon plate are preheated in aluminum molds at 130°C for 25 minutes, creating a 360° integrated rough form. Post-heating carbon fibers are polished for smooth edges.
Step 5: Pattern Printing
UV printing preserves carbon fiber friction. Laser engraving available but may affect surface. Larger patterns use particle paint spray to maintain friction properties.
Step 6: Edge & Grip Customization
Customize edge strips (color/material/craftsmanship) and grips (color/material/style) to your specifications.
